Golden Ticket!
Meghan, Miyoko, and I went to the Grove last night and saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It was really good. Johnny Depp was amazing. The original is one of my favorite movies, so I'm still partial to Gene Wilder and the musical aspect. This version is different and it's more like the book. Anyway, we also saw Nicole Richie at the Grove. She is teeny-tiny but also really pretty. That was pretty exciting.
I found out who my roomate is going to be at Arizona. Her name is Chayney and she's from Hood River, Oregon. I just emailed her and I'm very optimistic about this. I mean, everything happens for a reason so hopefully this will work well. My mom went to Arizona (and oddly enough lived in the same dorm I'm in) and on the day she moved in she met two girls and they are still two of her dearest friends. I'm just looking forward to this whole experience (minus the community bathrooms).
