does it mean she doesn't like my arm?

there are a lot of variables in this situation. was there a giant spider or millipede on you? did all of your skin unknowingly start melting off? are you holding hands with carrot top? or perhaps you've got a scabby tattoo of a naked woman on there. whatever the case, if it wasn't an issue before, maybe all you need is time.
and a long sleeved shirt.
