Dear Harry,
There's this guy I really like and he's quite a bit younger than I am
(about eight years younger). I've been trying to fight my attraction
to him, but it's just not working. What should I do?

I think that it doesn’t matter how young or old you both are. I mean, I got along really well with Ginny, and she’s a year younger than me, and there was Cho before, who’s older than I am (but that didn’t work out so…). Maybe you shouldn’t fight your attraction to him. I tried to fight how I was feeling for Ginny, but it didn’t help anything. It made things worse. So I just let that feeling take its course and we ended up together.
