Tip #79: Don't be so stupid that you accidently kill yourself.
Prom is in 2 days. Excitement? Yes Ma'am.
So, I went to an award ceremony for a scholarship I won from my dad's union. Me and 5 other kids. Wow, one kid looked like he was 10, reminded me of Matt Anstreicher, and said he was definitely going to go go into Pre-Med, even though he doesn't know want he wants to be. He needed to be slapped. Another kid looked like he wore more skin/hair care products than the only girl there, and referred to his mom as "his mommy." The other girl's family were like bff with the selection panel. Me = suspicious. And another kid's dad was following him with a cam corder, and filmed all the rest of us getting our awards.
But there was a pretty cool kid named Josh Mayer, who's dad works for Republic Services of PA. And I was Josh Myers, who's dad works for Republic Services of NJ.
Cynical or Jaded? Oh no.
I'm hoping to be the next associate of Best Buy. Tomorrow or Friday I'm supposed to get a call. That should be an old-fashioned good time. Or something to that effect.
