Running Tuesday - Day II
Last nights run consisted of me venting to the darkness & Dave about the plethora of ridiculousness that has been going on in my world. Mostly about my eldest sister - the "bad seed". So I don't think any part of this run was had without me talking - thusly our time sucked.
But here's the stats:
3 miles @ 50 minutes.
I'm bummed again we were off our usual 3 in 30ish. But we'll get back there.
