This post is really shallow, so I hope no one is offended. I've been working out with the hope of losing my "pouch", being in better shape and getting toned. oh, and i get so grossed out when im collecting trash from the fitness floor and have to see sweaty people going crazy on the machines because they look like they're dying and their sweat soaked shirts disgust me so much.
anyways, i'm sure you'll see results as long as you always mix up your routine and don't get stuck doing the same thing every time you go. also, make sure you lift weights! a lot of women just hop on a machine and work out, but lifting weights helps for toning and builds strength.
