This post is really shallow, so I hope no one is offended. I've been working out with the hope of losing my "pouch", being in better shape and getting toned. But when I go to the gym to work out and I see fat people huffing and puffing on the machines, I'm really worried about what kind of results I'm gonna see. Well, exercising is only half the battle; you have to eat well, also. Maybe those people exercise a lot, but they eat a bunch of crap in their spare time. Who knows?

there is a woman at the community center that is HUGE... and it's mainly in her massive ass. when i see her working out i can't help but stare! and then i realize im staring and it makes me feel horrible, but i have never seen an ass so large. and it sticks out from behind in such a weird way... idk. its just so weird and entrancing. and she wears really tight pants that make it look even worse. ICK!

oh, and i get so grossed out when im collecting trash from the fitness floor and have to see sweaty people going crazy on the machines because they look like they're dying and their sweat soaked shirts disgust me so much.

anyways, i'm sure you'll see results as long as you always mix up your routine and don't get stuck doing the same thing every time you go. also, make sure you lift weights! a lot of women just hop on a machine and work out, but lifting weights helps for toning and builds strength.

omg! idk how to lift weights! jian told me how to use the hip abductor machine thing to work my inner thighs and yeah. but i wanna work my arms too.
