Eliza is not wearing her lab coat, but she speaks either way. "I work in a lab. It isn't exactly equipped for Hematology though."

Lichtenstein crooks an eyebrow. Both at her and her answer. Haematology equipment would really be preferable. But he might as well get what he can take. If it's useful in any way. "What is it equipped for?"

"Biological Engineering. That's my department. What exactly do you need?"

[lych_o_learning]

Engineering. It doesn't sound like it has much to do with biology. But she has the equipment and he has less knowledge of the old forms of science than he'd like. "I need to compare and contrast samples. In as many ways as possible. I'm looking to do an in depth study. I'd specifically like to look at blood... but anything helps."

He hates to admit this but he knows details are needed. "I'm not familiar with technology used for taking a close look at biological structures."

"You would like to examine blood? Then my lab has the things you need. Plenty of different equipment to help you out. And if you need help since you're not familiar with it, I'm more than happy to be of assistance, hun."

It's a good offer. A wonderful offer for him. It makes him suspicious. "And is there something you'd like in return?"

She raises an eyebrow, shaking her head. "No, nothing at all."

[lych_o_learning]

"Hm." He appears to consider this. Thinking through a quick list of pros and cons. Nothing to stop him from doing anything. "When could I go there?"

She checks her watch. "I'm free for the rest of the night. Would just need to call home. And if tonight isn't good, in a couple days I have time."

"If you'd allow some time for me to get my samples I'd go tonight." It occurs to him he might require more than one visit. But he'll raise than issue later. If he needs to. If he can work with her.

She nods, her eyes watching him for a moment. She wasn't sure why though. "That's fine. I can wait until you get the things you need."

He nods in thanks. "I'm professor Lichtenstein."

"I'm Eliza Decker." She smiles. "A Professor? Of what? If you don't mind my asking."

"Medicine and magic. Both together and separate." He watches her face carefully. People can have varied reactions to magic. Not always good ones.

Her facial expression doesn't change much. Magic didn't frighten her in the slightest. Not after all she has seen in the Nexus. "Oh, that's sounds interesting. Now do I have to call you Professor Lichtenstein?"

"It is. You may call me Lichtenstein. Professor. Or a combination. It's your choice. You can think about that while I get my things."

He is consumed by what could be taken as black smoke and vanishes. Who needs a PINpoint when you can travel like that? It doesn't take long. Pulling together what he has. Samples, a book and a few wax tablets with notes. They get put carefully into a bag before he comes back in the same manner.
