Figure out what you'd really like to do in your life and work to make it happen. Places you want to see, things you want to try, asses you want to kick.... A lot of people put things off figuring they could always do it sometime in the future.

I had a long-running medical issue that nearly killed me a few years ago, so it's something I've thought about.

Sucks. I had something implanted, clamped, in my brain misfiring in spurts. It took a kind of nanosurgery to get it out safely.

It was freaky as hell. I was as glad to get them out as the implant.
