"Yes, but it depends on the amount of effort you're willing to go through and the amount of profit you'd like to see out of what you do with them."

"Huh?" She pauses and frowns at him slightly.

"The simplest thing would be to spend them in the universe you acquired them and, where, I'm guessing, they would be legal tender. The second simplest is to use the currency exchange at the Nexus Mall, which could exchange them for an equivalent amount of whatever currency you'd want based on their value in the universes involved."

"But the best results I've noted have come from taking them to universes and places where gold is highly valued and exchanging a few at a time for melt-weight. Especially if you have some way to melt them and make jewelry and other such small items that will draw less attention from pawn shops and the like."
