Nexus Advent :: DAY FOUR
Today, the tree would like to play a game. After sitting rather serenely yesterday and spreading its Christmas cheer, the tree has changed ever so slightly. Now its branches are scattered with strategically placed gold and silver cards, each bearing someone's name in red or green lettering. Inside each card reads:
It's time to search for Christmas cheer,
Looking here and there, far and near,
Hunt for me all three days straight,
And for a gift you will not wait.
The opposite page is blank, where one might anticipate a list or clues to be, perhaps waiting for each participant to elect for the hunt.
[ OOC: This is DAY FOUR of the Advent and ever so slightly late. ;) This will kick off the Advent Scavenger Hunt (Or Something Like It). Basically, the tree would like to accumulate gifts and it needs help to do so ... what with, you know, being a tree. Each participant will be given today's list and charged with bringing it back to the tree the next day, in exchange for the next part of the list, until the seventh. On the seventh, participants will be rewarded with their first advent gift. Well, proper gift, the old girl likes to give out candy like a grandma with a vendetta against dentists.
