There's a boy out in the open, appearing to be in his mid-teens at the oldest; his eyes are vividly red and he's dressed in a smart grey coat with a smattering of buttons across its front. He's standing up rather than making use of those infamous Nexus couches, neither fidgeting nor blinking, and has been doing so for quite some time - it doesn't appear to have taken any toll on him yet. He does sparkle a bit, though, when the light catches him just right. You get used to that ridiculous looking shit, after awhile.
Regardless, Alec thinks he likes this; standing under the light, without caring who can see. It's refreshing. ... A little break from the day-to-day same-old-same-old, anyway, and that's worth something when you've been around a century or two.
"How did you die?" The tiny smile on his lips is just shy of too sweet to belay a sort of sick fascination with the subject, and unflappable enough to make it a bit unnerving. He's sure, though, that plenty of people here have died at some point, and not even just the Vampiric types, so he's too curious not to ask.
