"That's very... ambitious." He thought about adding 'I don't taste good' but decided to use his brains. For once.

"You're in the wrong place if you don't like humans all that much." He was not going to try to hide anything - not that he did, usually, but especially in this case. "They ain't all bad."

"Kaa." Harvestman rolled that name around in his head before answering. "There are other monsters."

"Real world," Harvestman repeated under his breath.

"Maybe you've got a point. People are violent and cruel and if you strip away the lies they tell themselves, you'll find the monsters."

Harvestman was silent, enough so that it seemed like he would end it there. "But," he added, his tone serious. "I never met a human being any worse than what I see in the mirror, and I don't really care none either. Most humans would."
