Zoisite simply happened to be passing through when the question caught his attention. He is a man of somewhat odd appearance: white hair, despite a young face, and a white and silver uniform with a long cape of filmy, lightweight fabric. He does not look directly at Jack, but instead at some point nearby.
Zoisite gives a tiny smile and takes pity on Jack at least enough to say more. "My memories of the distant past were lost, until I had an important encounter."
"I've lost two years. I don't think I want them back, but sometimes I think it might be interesting to know what I did," Caz's voice is quiet from somewhere nearby on a convenient couch, where he's busy smoking a cigarette.
"Two years..." he shakes his head. "And you're not dying to know? I can't imagine that." He shakes his head. "I've been hunting for years..." he heads on over and takes a seat next to Caz, and does it so charmingly you really can't object.
"God knows what I did, all things considered...it could have been anything."
"I know that whatever it is can't be good, else I'd remember it. Though... it's probably best I don't." He doesn't object to being sat next to, in fact he's quite glad of the company, especially from someone that attractive.
"Yeah, me too pretty much," he smirks a little and then shrugs. "Took too much shit."
Jack looks sour. "In all honesty I'd perfer that...at least it would be my own damn fault." He shakes his head. "In my case...my employers...relieved me of them. I've tried just about everything sane to get them back."
He sighs. "I suppose it's not the most important thing in the world, but it's irritating. I keep thinking I might have done something really stupid or really important."
"Oh, all the time, here and there," comes the oddly light-sounding reply from the strangely-dressed fellow who seems to be not so much looking at Jack as through him. "And sometimes I get back ones I never knew I lost as ... flashbacks. Aheheh." He doesn't seem to like those, however.
Jack raises an eyebrow. Right...this guy looks like he's been having a bit too much fun.
Might as well ask though, he's getting a little desparate these days. "Does anything preceed these...flashbacks? Or are you just sitting around and suddenly...?"
It's Wonka's motto, after all. If it's not fun, don't do it. If you have to do it, make it fun. Well, one of his mottoes, anyway.
However, he doesn't look as though he's having a lot of fun right now, as his expression goes a bit distant and slightly troubled. "Usually someone brings up something related to it and... pow!" Another nervous grin. "Off my mind goes." Doesn't go to very pleasant places sometimes, if the look in his shifting eyes is anything to go by.
A reply comes from a video monitor - or a teenage boy's image on one, looking kind of tired but thoughtful.
"Yeah, I have," he says. "On both. As for how I got them back... I don't know, exactly. Which... okay, that's not very helpful, sorry." He looks a bit embarrassed.
"I don't know how. Forgot that too." Johnny gives a grin for a moment before settling down, calm again. "It's kind of - something just clicked in my head and I realised that I had forgotten everything. Yeah, pretty important stuff, too. Things about where I'd been, my friends, what I was meant to be doing..."
"Well, nothing quite so bad as that for me," Jack grins back, then considers a frown slowly spreading across his face. He's obviously just realised something...
He growls out something indescipherable (some alien dialect) and if looks could kill.
He shakes himself out of it though - Jack doesn't make a habit of public scenes.

"Not quite that simple for me...whatever the Hell they did to remove them... it's as if...they're just not there."

"How exactly did you lose them? Were they important memories or...?"
Jack has to wonder if after all this he might regain them just to discover he spent the entire two years in jail or playing poker.

"At least you managed to get them back."
