A funny little man with a big head is standing on a crate, while carrying enough balloons to lift an African Elephant up into the stratosphere - let alone such a little funny man like him. However, he's not floating away so there must be something special about him or those balloons.
"Heya! Come on, I got some nice balloons!" He called out, sounding suspiciously like a buck-toothed parrot. "Get your balloon right here folks! Have a balloon for the upcoming holiday!"
He is smiling quite nicely.
Surely you want one of those nice, shiny balloons with the fancy symbols on them? "What's your favorite party memory?"

But if your character is already a Superhero, they'll be flipped to a different archetype, for example if your character is brooding no-nonsense type, they'll be cracking jokes and wearing primary colors and vice-versa.))
