Oh, G

::Schuldig is dressed something like a classic banker stereotype in bowler hat and pin-striped suit and has a spiffy walking cane. No spats at least. Smiling widely, he's lounging on a Nexus couch.::

Why is that so many brands' black bean soups seem to have corn as their major ingredient?

If that doesn't thrill you, what's your favorite guilty

"Guilt is for losers." Hmm, wait.

"...unless we're playing with puns. Then it's you."

::smiiiile:: I like to think of myself as a lot of people's Guilty pleasure.

I'm trying to think of what would be a guilty pleasure for you. Maybe falling in love with the little bastard would have been, not that you're going to do that.

Oh, wow, that would be the sound of denial sneaking through Nagi's mind. Not that it's anything like love. More like a reluctant acknowledgement that complete loathing isn't the way things are going.

Nagi makes a grumpy face. "That wouldn't be a pleasure. That would be complete and utter misery."

If it were love for the Persia kitten, which it's not, it would be pleasure. But it's not. ::Few people can handle the sense Schuldig makes.::

Stop making that face, honey. It might get stuck that way. Sit with me!

"No, I've read some of those books. It would be some sort of horrible agony, probably ending in him dying, thus more suffering. Like Shakespeare, but without the literary merit."

Maybe it would be like Othello so at least you'd get to kill him.

"That idea had been becoming less and less satisfying lately. I mean, I totally could kill him if I needed to, but it doesn't make me happy to contemplate it in loving detail these days." Is this maturity? If it is, it sucks.

It might be maturity. Or you know it would be way too easy and thus not satisfying. Or it's resignation to Crawdad's plans. You need to do something to cheer yourself up. I'd be bonkers if I had to guard that kid as long as you've been doing it.

Sneaky. He certainly has you frustrated. I don't know enough about the situation to give you tips on how to torment him back.

"I'm about ready to tape 'kick me' signs to his back, or just smirk at random times so he thinks there's something stuck in his teeth." And yes, Nagi knows exactly how patheticly childish that is.

Wow. I'm sorry.

There has to be something....

"Yes?" Nagi perks up with the hope that his Shuru-chan will come up with something fun-Schwarz-style.

I'm not coming up with anything grander or more mature. Seriously, I'm coming up with stuff like putting itching powder into his clothes. Or replacing his office furniture with versions that are just smaller enough that he notices something wrong and wonders what the hell is up.

"Itching powder could be fun, especially if it's a day he has a press conference. Ooh, itching powder on Rex would be awesome."

Nagi ponders that for a minute. "Do you know of anyone who needs a killing? I really do want to get to kill someone, even if it isn't him."

Your ability to immediately see a broader application for my idea just shows your my kid.

I know the feeling, but I don't really really have anything for you. Brad doesn't appreciate me farming jobs out to other people without his say-so.
