Well, that's certainly intriguing - nd even more so to another who has a tendency to tend more to the shadows then the light. And even he didn't he'd've wandered over over anyway. Hey Kurt, have a Nobody and the mun can totally not remember if this version has met Kurt before or not, woops.
"It would help perhaps, if I were capable of fear."
Yes, he has. "An outsider's perspective, then?" he asks, head tilting slightly. "If your kind can consider the issue that far. What sense is there to it?" Last time he was Nexus-side, he sure as heck didn't know what a Nobody was in any accurate sense. Things have changed. ...Or maybe will change.
Good to know, I thought it might have been the other one. "Perhaps it stems from the fear of the unknown; from the fear of dying. Those such as you and I have passed through death relatively unscathed but to those who haven't realizing that they will be as nothing in literal sense can be disconcerting."
That would be a 'yes, he can consider the issue that far.'
He's not in the most charitable frame of mind towards Nobodies at the moment, but still - makes sense. "Even when they are told that the nothingness and the darkness is not always the end?"
That's a not-entirely-nice grin at Kurt's question. "Especially then. If they fear death and dying, imagine how much worse it must be to realize than one can be ripped asunder and denied the peace of death and whatever final rest on imagines one may earn, as one is thrown into what may be best called a half-life."
He shakes his head. "It shouldn't be. To exist at all is always better than true oblivion." There's a very determined hint to his voice there. "How can there be peace when you can't experience it?" Though even that might be ... relative.
And a nod. "I prefer existence over non-existence as I assume you do. But those who still have their hearts do not always see things as you and I do. Their emotions can get in the way at times."
"That should never be the purpose of emotion..." he replies. "To blind, not guide. It's unfortunate. For all I've tried to explain - " he raises a hand, trying to signify just how much that is with a wave - "it means nothing."
"It does, it's true. I suppose there is nothing for it but to find the weak links." He smiles slightly - it's none too warm an expression. "Wherever they may be."
"Not just fears. Anything at all... fear is powerful, but it's hardly the only emotion out there, is it?" The smile's not going anywhere. "It is whatever can bring them closer to understanding."
"Of course not," Zexion answers, his own not-warm smile returning. "They have friends they care and worry about, desires, hatreds. All of which can be pulled at manipulated if one knows how."
"It would help perhaps, if I were capable of fear."

"Of course. Know their fears and you know how to control them."
