It's snowing, and because many inexplicable things like to happen in the Nexus, it happens to be snowing in a precise five-foot and three-point-five-inch radius around that benevolent Christmas spirit who has appeared - otherwise known as Theta Lou Who and not the Doctor. (In the background, speaking of inexplicable things, there is not only Christmas music, but also a peculiar, lurking fellow with a sinister grin. It might be a Grinch.)
This particular individual named Theta Lou is quite festive in a dark green suit and a pair of sparkly, sequined red Converse (Chuck Taylor All-Stars, of course). Complete with a Santa hat dangling from his fluffy-haired head, he's a right Father Christmas, at that.
And he has a large bag, which probably means free stuff. Everyone likes free stuff, right?
