It makes a soft meep, then drives around in a very tight circle a few times before finally settling down, very much like a large dog going to sleep.
The car's advice seems to be: "Relax".

The little car makes a soft sputtering noise, then her speakers start playing what can only be discribed as 'elevator music' -- well, she's trying to help, anyway.

There's a very loud and excitied roar from the car's engine. The rear wheels jerk and squeek; the car is in gear and ready to go!
To answer the second question, pop goes the trunk. Sitting on the gastank is a booklet from a place called "Karmann". Inside are pictures of other cars that look similar to the one sitting in front of Kai.

The seat there is well-worn but comfortable-looking, and the carpet looks like it's just been cleaned.

"Um... no thanks." He holds up his hands and takes a couple of steps back.

The door shuts softly and the car's engine slows down to a dull rumrumrum.
The entire car seems to have drooped on its wheels. Aww, it's sad.

And there's a headlight cover nudging at Kai's hand, almost exactly like a dog's nose would.
