The text question is untraceable- efforts to trace lead to a website anonymizer. While you could find out where it came from, sure, you'd have to get at least a Thai subpoena, as Thailand does not participate in the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty.
And to do that, you would have to demonstrate probable cause in a Thai court, and to do that you'd have to have any investigative jurisdiction in the Thailand of the alternate world from which the question came.

So, it may as well be anonymous.

So, hypothetical question time.
Imagine that you've just had one of the two worst experiences of your life.
Sadly, by going through this second-worst experience, you now remember the worst thing ever to happen to you and how it was done, and what happened to you. The worst thing that ever happened was so bad you had been blocking it from recollection.

What do you do next?
Do you thank the person who has helped you come to terms with a memory you were hiding from, even if the act of helping you left you a complete wreck psychologically?
Do you set out to destroy the person who initially harmed you?
Do you take vengeance in kind?
