"Okay, so say you do something with someone's best interests in mind, but they totally disagree with you. In fact, their reaction could even be descirbed as violent. You're still convinced that your plan will be good for them in the long run, but you're simultaneously wondering if you should focus a bit more on the here and now. What do you do? Do you go ahead with the plan anyway, or do you try to find something that the other person will accept?"
