Greetings, denizens of the future and alien worlds.
My good friend, ace reporter Nick Philips, has been assigned to do a story on the recent rise in juvenile delinquency (which means crimes committed by underage people) in our city. Naturally, I have been helping him gather information.
It occurs to me that the myriad viewpoints offered here might offer further perspective. What, in your opinions, are the primary causes of juvenile deliquency, and the best ways to reduce it?
And if you come from a world where juvenile delinquency is no longer a problem, how did that come about?
