Otakon 09
Okay, so I'll probably be offline until after Otakon, unless there is free interwebs in the hotel room. I just wanted to post a cosplay schedule for all those who may be interested in knowing ahead of time.
Thursday
Well, I usually don't see the point in dressing up on day zero, but since the Vamps concert is at 8pm, Jon, Ashley and I will be wearing Unrefined attire; Ashley in the Red Beast and me in Purple Chaos. I made a teal shirt for Jon. Yay, concert.
Friday
Gangster. It will not be my PetMaf outfit, just gangster. I had already gotten Jon's hopes up when I told him that we would try for the Petticoat Mafia outfits for Otakon..so we will be random gangsters. My outfit will have a lolita flare, Ashley's will be more Kodona gangster? and Jon will be straight up gangster. Feel free to join us in gangster attire!
Friday night is sushi night at XS. I will fit as many people as possible into my jeep and I'd like to meet with my roomie there! I should probably let her know....and we'll probably need a time to make reservations. Well, yeah.
Saturday
Pain, I mean One Piece. Yes, this will be the much anticipated (by me) One Piece cosplay day. We'll see how I survive. Honestly....my skirt is so short I can't sit down and be decent....and my boots will be so uncomfortable that all I will want to do is sit down. See my dilemma? I will have to teeter my way to cosplay victory!
Anyone up for a room party? With pizza and really bad movies? (Bad as in, so cheesy they're great...not xxx.)
Sunday
Normal clothes of wonderful comfort and no corsets or high boots! (My robin cosplay also requires a corset for thinnest of thin waist...which isn't even that thin...Kiyomi, pull them strings tighter! If I can breath, there's still space!)
P.S. In order to properly prepare for my Nico boots, I walked around my house in high heels for an entire week. I know that doesn't sound impressive, but for me, that is! <-not well designed for feminine ways.
