Dear Random RPer,
If you were born in Pandaria and are not a Pandaren (or other native species, using a standard race as proxy) you are NOT old enough to be an adventurer. Also, your character description indicates your character is an adult (and you have the ever-annoying 'RP to find out!' note on your background. [1])
(Okay, I could maaaaybe see an orc with that backstory if Garrosh brought back the rapid aging evil magic things from the bad old days, but this wasn't a Horde character.)
[1]-- This is, admittedly, personal taste and something of a pet peeve. I prefer to have a brief summary of openly known facts to provide RP hooks-- for example, my paladin's history notes that she grew up in Lakeshire, and someone else from that town may "recognize" her after reading that bit in her MRP, even if they'd never RPed with me before.
