You totally made my day. It was awesome to spend a few minutes chatting with a GM, it was awesome to have a ticket answered inside 72 hours for a change, but most importantly of all, it was so. so. awesome. that you could free up the name "Paddington" for me. My excitement about Mists just got a massive +1, and I promise I'll think of you while I spend two hours agonizing over hairstyles come next Tuesday.
