I have problems with the Theramore scenario, but they stem from personal reasons, not because the storyline sucks, or because I think Blizzard's going the wrong way with how they're working their game. I personally can't reconcile Blood elf without villain, becasue all of mine have been total bastards, and I've had infinitely more fun with total bastard belf (and forsaken) RP than I've ever had with an of my other hordey toons.
So why not breakdown what I'm doing rp wise with my horde toons:
Chentinal (my abuse the Law to get his own way blood knight) is rubbing his hands and cackling in glee at the current events. Vengeance on living Loreadonans.
Of my two deathstalkers, Mex is getting down to serious looting and body snatching for hideous alchemical experiments. The high body count is useful for his hideous hobies.
Char is absolutely horrified. Char participated only to try and find his sister and get her out of there(100000 giant robot geek points if you can guess either name my blonde haired human female dk goes by.
Goji my trade princess is Conflicted. On one hand she is absolutely horrified at the loss of her black market contacts amongst the humans. On the other she's delighted at the oportunity to get that much loot.
Maraukka my orc huntress is caught up in the wave of bloodlust and glory. She craves the challenge of war, all of it form the tinest skirmish to the largest battle, and would gladly have garosh;s babies for him if only he;d notice (he wont. ever)
