What if the mistake you made could have a profound effect on both your life, and another's? What if, in one moment, you allowed yourself to play a part in a twisted game that would dramatically alter the course of fate for not one, but other individuals involved.
Regardless of apologies, or heart felt sorrows, there is nothing that you can do to erase or make peace with that moment. If the truth was revealed, lives (and hearts) would be shattered. Families would be torn in two and trust would cease to exist. Thus, you choose to keep the secret hidden, in both of your hearts.
Would the sacrifice be worth one moment of pleasure? Or did the sin take place, with even the mere idea?
For man's lust has brought down many an empire, destroyed souls and conquered the sanity of those whom it consumes...
"Lust's passion will be served; it demands, it militates, it tyrannizes". - Marquis De Sade
(Remember what happened to R Kelly at the end of, "Down Low".)
