Bad Oral
I should be in California right now... for work, missing Buske's wedding.
Instead. I am here. In New Jersey. Dealing with excruciating pain in my #17 wisdom tooth.
Back and forth with Dental Offices and Insurance companies is no fun!
I have a killer infection that I am beginning my round of antibiotics and I am taking prescription Vicodin to sleep at night, I refuse to take it during the day and I just deal with the pain. I'm toting a bottle of Listerine back and forth with me to work for use after eating meals geared towards two year olds. Today I consumed mashed potatoes and tomato soup.
My Oral Surgery appointment is not until Nov 8!!!! I called my primary dentist back to see if I could get a referral to another Surgeon, even one in NYC that I could hit up after work one-day. There are no others that take my insurance. I thought she was just giving me the brush-off, but after researching and dealing with the Insurance Company via the phone, she was dead on.
I thought insurance was supposed to make things easier for it's carriers.
This is bullshit.
