October 2009 MEGA Update!
Hello Everyone
I have a list of new things to tell you, so I apologize for the long newsletter. Hope you like to read. hehe
LARRY ELMORE'S PAINTING CLASS
As many of you know, I went to Larry Elmore's painting class a couple of weeks ago. I had one of the best times of my life at his class! Larry is not only a great teacher, but he is funny, optimistic, encouraging & all around just an awesome guy! I learned a lot of new painting techniques & he showed me how to refine my painting skills, so I plan on applying them to my paintings. I hope to take another one of Larry's classes in the future because I did my 2 favorite things for the week.....paint & laugh!

RENAMED ONE OF MY PAINTINGS
I had to rename my painting that was titled "Moulin Rouge" because I was notified that that name is trademarked. eek!!! I would never want to infringe on a copyright & it was totally an oversight on my part. So I have renamed this piece to "Victorian Cabaret".

NEW ARTWORK
I am presently working on my next painting & I will have it finished by the end of this week. Sorry, I know this is a teaser but all I can tell you for now is the name of it: "C'est La Vie" and it is similar in "Victorian Cabaret".

ART WANTED CALENDAR
I submitted my painting "Dreaming In A Sea of Leaves" to the ArtWanted.com 2010 calendar. It was a juried submission & my painting DID get accepted!!! yeah!! Im so excited. This is a 365 day desk calendar & my painting will be on July 19th, 2010.

NEW PRODUCT PAGE ON MY WEBSITE
I have added my mini collectible buttons/pins to my website. I had them on my former website, but I did not get a chance to add them to my new website until yesterday. These adorable buttons measure 1"x1" inches. The can attach to any type of fabric like tote bags, shirts, jackets, hats, cloaks, etc. It is a great way to wear unique art. These lovely buttons are only $1.00 each, a great stocking stuffer!
I also have 5 NEW button designs!! The new buttons contain the following pieces of artwork: "Dreaming In A Sea of Leaves", "Priestess", "Dark September", "Faerie Funk" & "Watchful Eyes".

I have 2 appearances coming up in November. The first one is the Sarasota Medieval Fair. http://www.sarasotamedievalfair.com/
WHERE: Sarasota Fair Grounds (behind Robarts Arena), 3000 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34237
WHEN: November 14-15 & 20-22nd. Friday the 20th is a Student Discovery Day.
TIMES: 10am-6pm Rain or Shine
WHAT IS THERE TO DO?: Live jousting, live combat chess, variety of entertainers, artisans market, music, food, mead/beer & wine, and much more!!!
Parking is FREE, ALL entertainment is included with your admission ticket. To purchase discount tickets go to their website.

I will be doing a signing & offering HUGE discounts (10%-50% off) on all of my matted prints, prints, Limited Edition Canvas Prints & more. This is the biggest shopping weekend of the year, so it is a great time to get awesome deals for gifts this Holiday Season.
