new hairdresser woes ...

well, believe it or not, it has been exactly 16 weeks since i last got my hair cut / colored - and it showed ... so i took the advice of a co-worker and went to her "girl" / salon.  the color is fine, the cut is fine.  but, they are just lacking a certain - edginess... also, she went too short. i told her I'm trying to let my hair grow for goodness

Girlfriend, I know the hair woes. The "lacking a certain edginess" with short cuts is so common. There's a fine line between short and funky and that cut that your 5th grade 50-year-old PE teacher had.
