Heh. It'll probably be a bit of a let down, but sure. I'm planning to do it after Christmas.
There's actually kind of an embarassing story behind this. See, I love love love my apartment so much. But I'm out of room. There's not an inch left to decorate, but I like all my stuff too much to get rid of it. So I was kind of starting to think about buying a house. But I'm so not ready to own a house. The very idea freaks me out. So I got to thinkin' ... It's ridiculous to buy a house just to give yourself something new to decorate. And the one problem with my apartment is that my current decore is very autumnal. It's great for this time of year, but a little heavy for summer.
So I thought, it'd be much cheaper to simply redecorate with the seasons. It's a little ridiculous, but even the planning of it's making me very very happy. I'll stick with what I have -- red and yellow, with a little orange -- through the fall. Switch to red and green for Christmas. Then do the black and white for winter. And green and navy blue for spring and summer. (Unless I can think of two seperate things to do for spring and summer.) I'm soooo excited! The winter will be the gauzy fluffy white with black accents, and summer will be lots of green plants with navy blue accents. I can so see it.
