Heh. I was afraid I'd be like that as well. I've always called myself an entertainment whore. I'll watch any movie and read any book and most likely enjoy it. But that's one of the reasons book club has been good for me -- it makes me think harder. I still like the books, but it's good for me to analyze the style and plot and all. I still miss a lot of the symbolism, though. And half the time when others point it out, I'm like really? Can we ask the author, because that sounds made up to me
