Finished
I got the final book a little after 4 PM yesterday afternoon and finished it around 20 minutes ago. I read for almost 13 hours solid with only fleeting breaks to go to the bathroom and get some more tea but I am finished. I am sad that there are no more Harry Potter books and this book surprised me. I was told so much about it but none of it seemed to compare with the book. It wasn't the "blood bath" as so many called it. Yes, folks died but not who I anticipated nor as many as I anticipated. Some things I saw coming but others took me by surprise. I cannot tell if I was fully as impressed by the book as I thought I would be or if I need to sleep to take in the entire book. I read it rather quickly I think but not by other standards I am sure but I was taken into the world like I have not been in other books but like how I had been in few books. I love that point too. That point where it's like you aren't reading anymore but you are part of the story. Pages do not exist anymore just the story and you see it like a movie playing before you. Does anyone else know what I mean? Anyway, I am done and no I will not tell you all what happens, who dies or anything else, this was just my message to those I know that i have told they cannot speak to me about this book until I was done. I will be more than likely rereading the series for more of the summer. Taking in more, seeing pieces I didn't see in the other books that show themselves in the end. Night all.
