I am currently working on a paper on Copyright infringement and Fan Fiction. I'm looking for any info you might have on law suits (an exhaustive search has so far yielded bupkiss -- good news for us!!), on injunctions, and on cease and desist orders that you might be aware of. Any information would be really helpful.
I'm also curious about what people think about this issue. If you don't mind my quoting you, let me know your thoughts -- let me know your thoughts anyway, but let me know if it's ok if I quote you.... I'll only use screen names....
