"Professor Adler," Prof Novak's voice cracked like a whip. Everyone in the office froze. After a long moment, Prof Adler turned to Marcie.
"Come with me. I need you to type a couple of chapters of my latest book."
Dean and Prof Novak watched them leave, and Dean let out the breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding.
"Thank you, Professor Novak," he said.
"Castiel."
"What?"
"My name is Castiel."
"Oh."
The moment stretched between them, pregnant with possibility. Dean swallowed. He took a step closer, then one more. His lips parted and he leaned into Castiel's personal space and kissed him. It was short, chaste, but when he pulled back he could see there was nothing chaste about the look Castiel was giving him.
"The first time I saw you in that bar, I wanted you," Castiel said. "I still want you, but I don't want you halfway."
Dean licked his lips. "Okay."
"Okay?"
"Okay, meaning - let's try this."
Castiel smiled at him then, and it was amazing.
It was even more amazing when Castiel locked his office door behind them and spread Dean out across his desk.
Castiel still liked it rough and fast, and he opened Dean up quickly, but thoroughly, before pushing inside as far as he could go. Dean was babbling in two seconds flat. He couldn't even get all of Castiel's name out, just a stuttered Cas. But that seemed to drive Castiel - Cas - wild.
