Where's my gift? I've been through the list several times now and even did a search, but there's nothing for me here. I participated and wrote a gift. Why didn't I get one in return?

Okay, its taken me a few minutes to run this down as your Santa was marked complete in our records.
Apparently, she sent a message to confirm receipt of her gift when we didn't confirm (because we didn't receive it) and when we told her that we'd not received it and asked her to please resubmit, she never replied. So it was complete but not delivered. I am running her down right now to try to get the fic she said is already complete.
My sincere apologies. Gifts should not be marked complete until they are delivered.

After giving your original Santa 24 hours to respond, she has neglected to do so and will be disqualified from participating next year as the rules state. We have issued a request for a pinch-hitter and will have a gift for you as soon as possible.
