I think I know the one you mean - with Dean going "Here he comes!" and then it changes to Cas walking down the hospital corridor and then back to Dean's adorable schoolgirl-with-a-crush expression? Apparently, I didn't save it either! :D

i literally just spent the last half hour scouring the internet to find it and i officially give up.
and it was this fic that i was reading.
i've been back on a major dean/cas fic kick lately. after months of j2. alas! i shall be versatile, damnit.
