[Public] Food Journal Beginning

Starting tomorrow... or well, I guess it's today at this point... I will be keeping track of everything I eat for the entirety of the month of January here in this journal. Don't worry, you won't be subjected to reading posts containing this information unless you want to be.

If, for some strange reason unbeknownst to me, you care about what I eat and want to see posts like:

1 bowl of Corn Pops cereal with skim milk
1 mug of decaffeinated breakfast tea
1 apple
... etc etc etc... (Or at least, I hope they look this healthy)

... then feel free to request that you be added to the food journal list (if you haven't already). Don't worry, if you get bored out of your mind of these posts, you can always request to be removed from that list.

Why am I doing this?
Well, one of my goals for mission101 is to keep an honest food journal for a month.

Why am I making it available for people to see?
Mostly because ... I don't want to have to admit to everyone the days I eat chocolate cake for breakfast, cardiac fries for lunch, a candy bar and a bag of chips with a dr. pepper as a mid-day snack and chicken wings with a beer for dinner. That's kind of embarrassing... and I figure I'm less likely to do that if I know I have to report it to everyone. Though I suppose I could lie, but... well, that's not the point of this goal.

Oh, and I should mention, if you want to join any of my other lists, you can leave a message here as well. I have lists for penpals, programming/school, Mission 101, books, and relationships.
