Should I cut my hair or trim it in certain areas or not cut it?

I have to decide whether I go to my haircut in the morning because of this.

I'd suggest getting it dyed, but that's not one of the choices O_o Probably cut.

Yeah! I was considering that. I was also considering dark blue or black.

One of my online friends told me about a hair dye that looked black but looked dark blue in the light. Maybe you should try that.
