Bitching.
So today was...fun.
This morning, I went downstairs to pick up my check, but I was informed that I had no paycheck for this week. Odd, considering I had logged a good number of hours.
When I got to work, I asked the woman who does payroll why I hadn't received a paycheck. I did not yell at her or accuse her, but she decided the best course of action would be to yell at me in front of everyone. She accused me of not logging in my hours at all and then said I had done it late. I assured her that I had logged them quite ahead of schedule, but she told me I was wrong. She looked through her files for my log, and informed me that I was wasting her time.
She finally found that she had made an error and had accidentally given all my hours to someone else. Oops? Her way of apologizing? Being mean to me the rest of the day and acting as if I were an incompetent child.
She's usually very nice, so I don't know why she decided to pick today to not be.
Oh well.
