Where did you begin 2007?
At Jen's...I think.

What was your status by Valentine's Day?
Single.

Were you in school (anytime this year)?
Oh yes.

Did you have to go to the hospital?
Yes, for quite a long time.

Did you have any encounters with the police?
Not really.

Where did you go on vacation?
Nowhere. Maybe the Cape for a couple days.

What did you purchase that was over $500?
My college education?

Did you know anybody who got married?
Yup.

Did you know anybody who passed away?
Yes.

Did you move anywhere?
To Boston!

What sporting events did you attend?
Some of my sister's basketball games.

Describe your birthday:
It was quiet. I had my friends Meredith and Anna come over for a dinner party. It was my eighteenth, however, which was pretty cool.

What's the one thing you thought you would never do but did in 2007?
Heh, a lot of things. Starting smoking...going to college.

What has been your favorite moment(s)?
Night swimming with Dan at the lake, random excursions with new friends at the beginning of the school year.

What's something you learned about yourself?
I'm smart enough to know when I need help.

Any new additions to your family?
Nope. Some subtractions, though.

What was your best month?
I think July or September.

What music will you remember from 2007?
Wow, um...that came out this year? Probably none. But that I listened to this year? Hm...Maybe some Wilco because of the memories...some HUMANWINE and Sleepytime Gorilla Museum.

Made new friends?
All my friends at Emerson!

New best friend?
Not really.

Favorite night out?
Every impromptu night out with twelfth floor, the jazz show in Providence, Rufus Wainwright at the Avalon, The Dresden Dolls, nights driving with friends...

Any regrets?
Of course.

What do you want to change in 2008?
I want to work out more and get in shape. I also want to procrastinate less so I don't get an ulcer from schoolwork.

Overall, how would you rate this year?
It wasn't that great. A lot of it was horrible, but there were some parts that were absolutely amazing.

What would you change about 2007?
Some of the decisions I made. The way I treated myself.

Other than home, where did you spend most of your time?
School...my new home.

Have any life changes in 2007?
I started college!

Change your hairstyle?
So many times.

Have any car accidents?
Nope.

Buy a new car?
No. I still have Charlotte.

New BF/GF?
Dan, for a little while.

Get a new job?
Tutor at Jewish Vocational Services!

Do you have a New Year's resolution?
Not exactly...I want to come up with a really good one.

Do anything embarrassing?
Oh God yes.

Buy anything new from eBay?
Probably.

What was your favorite purchase of 2007?
College...my combats boots?

Get married or divorced?
No.

Get arrested?
Nope.

Be honest - did you watch American Idol?
...A little.

Did you get sick this year?
Yup.

Start a new hobby?
I don't think so.

Been snowboarding?
This year? Unfortunately, no.

Drank Starbucks in 2007?
Too often.

Are you happy to see 2007 go?
I'm sort of apathetic.
The Dresden Dolls were amazing! That's really all I can say. And I got to see
sairisse and
kung_fu_monkey7, both of whom I haven't seen in ages.

On the train ride home, we were accosted by a woman who wanted to tell us about the goodness of the Lord. There must have been seven people handing out pamphlets on just that one T car. I wanted to tell her that I was a lesbian and an atheist, but I figured lying to a relatively kind woman spreading the word of God was not the way to go.
