where are you? you were supposed to pay for my classes, books, and rent on the 1st of august, and nobody i know has seen hide nor hair of you. i can't even get a time frame out of the VA rep as to when you will show up. meanwhile, i'm slowly going broke; veterans who didn't have much saved up are starting to drop out; and i am starting to think you were just a rumor.
