Our Trip
Ok so i am sitting at Shawna's house right and i am a little bored. She is working and i got about an hour to kill. So i figured i would write about our trip in this thing. I know it wont take an hour to write but time shaved off is time shaved off. i was trying to give Dan a chance to write up our escapades since he is better at this junk than me but well he is bing lazy so its all been left to sadcrag to pick up the slack.
We left monday morning and it was a good going no problems everthing moving in the right direction. We stayed in Indiana the first night i do believe. Nothing to report. Next day we are moving along at a good pace and we stay in Topeka Kansas. Eat at a restaraunt and then Dan and Taylor decide they want to go out for a drink and myself and shawna go back to the room. Dan and Taylor end up at the strip-club next to our motel, our rather strip shack. I will let Dan fill in the details since i did not attend that gathering of fine DNA.
The next day we make it to our destination of wonderful Colorodo. We decide we want to stay in Castle Rock which seems like a nice little town about 20 min. from Denver. Well Chris calls us and tells us we shouldnt stay there since it is "too far away" whatever. He knew we were coming for a couple months but he never did find a room for us or where to stay until the day we get there. Whatever in the end we stay at a motel 6 on Aprahoe road or something to that effect. That night we went to a restaraunt that was in walking distance of our motel so us kids could get our drink on. Very nice place we all had a good time they had trivia going on so we partook and placed 5th out 13 i think. Whatever we are still champs.
The next day me and Dan need to go get our final fitting on our tuxes so we do that and leave with Chris his Brother and Chris's wifes brother Eric. Taylor and Shawna are left to each other much to the chargrin of myself. Get that done go to the mall eat some sweet chicken wing place and blah blah then meet up with taylor and shawna and do that thing, then me and dan are off to the wedding rehersal where we recieve are great wedding gifts from chris...Flasks filled with Crown Royal except his brothers who is only 16. So we are drinking in the basement of a church, so we are going to hell if there was any confusion before. After that junk we go to the dinner which is at a "italian country" restaraunt what a silly sounding thing that is. Anyway we all take our presents inside to add some flavor to our cokes, and we also have some wine to drink with our food. Ok now we will skip ahead because this middle part has no meaning other than to the people were there. Anyway we all congregate at Rose's house who is also in the wedding, and i would say lives maybe 15 min. from our motel taking the highway. so we are at roses and dan got there before us and he had been drinking all day so the alchol was getting to him but he wasnt falling down drunk and neither was I. I was just feeling funny. Gina(chris's wife) is ready to leave so me and shawna decide we want to, and Eric leaves also so chris can find his way back to get taylor, dan, and cyle. Well on our way to Gina's house we run into road work and follow a detour that ends up getting us lost and almost an hour away from our original destination. So we finally drop Gina off and Chris call's Rose's house to check on his brother cyle and she says he is not there that him and dan just left. Oh man this was at about 12 or 1 i dont really remember i just remember i sobered up real quick and the hunt from Dan was on.
So we get back to the apartment and start our search for the missing kids. We call Talyor and he dosent know where they are either since he was out walking and talking to his "mom." So we drive around for a while pretty much in a circle cause chris dosent know where to go and he is mad and well stupid. Eventually he calls his father to inform him his son is out walking the streets of Denver at night. Lets just say that didnt go over well. Then he calls the police because i am guessing the circle he was driving did not lead to dan and cyle so maybe the police would have a better idea. Well eventually they did find them walking on the freeway at exit 199, and our motel was at exit 197 so they were on there way indeed. well we get and there and the cop was a woman and not bad looking indeed i didnt get a good look so i think dan would know better since he got patted down by her. It looked like dan and cyle thought it was funny since we could see them grinning and laughing, but we sure as hell didnt think it was funny. Chris's attitude was that he was going to punch both of them in the face and they were out of the wedding. His feeling was that if we had not of found these two the wedding would have been cancelled. Luckily Dan nor cyle was arrested even though both were drunk and both had flasks on there person. Cyles was empty but still... I gotta say dan got luck.
Ok i have writting enough and there is still more stories to tell like what taylor did the next day, but that one is for taylor or dan to tell it is not my story.
