*i'm a little trashed right now.
played video games with danny and ian for the evening. ian's going skiing tomorrow at 7am so we had to cut things short.
my day was awesome. i got plenty of time with all 3 boyfriends. had lunch with benji. we ate pho and walking by was ani! that was neat. she's the same age as my sister but is mentally about the age of a wise old person. the things and ideas she's able to process at that age always amazes me. am i being the opposite of ageist right now?
after pho, benji had a tip on pants deals at the red light so we went there and saw more familiar faces. ryan, also about the leave for travelling, was trying to sell most of his clothes. and we saw amy b and her boy! amy's another person who i like a lot but never see. we chatted while our boy companions were trying on clothes.
next, it was "home", to ian's apt, where he was in the process of painting the kitchen/entry area purple. i helped paint in the trim before i sniffed a few too many paint fumes and felt loopy. i retired to his "reading nook", of where i discovered the genius of the book "the day after roswell". written by a retired army col, it presupposes that nearly all technology, from bullet-proof vests to laser beams, was developed using alien technology from the roswell crash site. it's an amazing book.
we were watching"dude, where's my car?" (a genius of a movie, ashton kutcher's really on top of his game in that movie), when dannyo came over to play video games. he showed me the very funny "teen girl squad" off of homestarrunner.com. holy shit. i don't know if it's because i'm drunk or because it's actually that hilarious. but it's great nonetheless. almost as genius as "dude where's my car?", though not quite "day after roswell" standards.
i think it's time to sign off.
maybe also time to close the windows as the lady below us has gone out on her balcony for her evening cigarette. and it's gross.
verily. ahh, yay the victorian.
