(no subject)
This is a wonderfully sad feeling. Tomorrow begins the last LINC session here on campus. As much as I am looking forward to spending time at home, I will really miss this job! The people I got to work with were wonderful! I don't usually see them during the year because we all run in different groups. I'm not going to fool myself and say that we will hang out now because of this job, but at the same time, I really hope that we will.
The Great Escape is on AMC. It is a good movie about escapees from a WWII POW camp. I have seen a dosumentary about this before, but the movie brings it to life for me.
Well, I haven't had that dream about my fiance/ex-girlfriend since my last update. I did have a dream about a haunted house. That was different.
I've picked up my guitar again. Last night I saw The Life Aquatic and the character Pele who always plays the guitar is really a famous Brazilian guitarist who does salsa remakes of Bob Dylan songs. I'm learning Life on Mars?. I love it!
Hmmmm.......... what else is going on? Sunday I'm driving to Colombia (the next town over) and chaperoning a youth mission trip for my church back home in Woodburn. I'm excited about getting to know the youth in the church.
Well I guess that's all for now. I guess I'm going to fall asleep watching Brubaker on AMC. Good night.
