Welcome to deadsymfonyx a music lj rotation that promotes Chinese, Japanese, and Korean music of all genres and styles. This lj displays Asian music, music videos, and feature popular artists each week.
In addition to music, this lj also displays English translations to the music being uploaded.
The purpose of this music lj is to expose Chinese, Japanese, and Korean music to everyone. I am promoting a different artist each week because many people don't know the artist or would like to hear some of the music from the artist before buying the artists album. This is why I do not upload whole albums because if you like the artist, you can go buy their album and support the artist yourself.
As for music lyric translations, many people don't download the music I upload because they don't understand the language (especially chinese), thus I try to find and incorporate lyric translations so that everyone can try downloading the music and understanding it as well. I do not believe in plagiarizing other people's work. All translations that I post will display the specific translator of the particular song. Some of the translations are done by myself, while many of the others were found searching the internet. If you feel that you have not been fully credited for your work, please email me privately.
This music lj rotation has become FRIENDS ONLY. This is because there has been a wide number of events in which the music being uploaded has been removed by unknown people. It takes alot of time and effort to upload the music, please do not ruin things for everyone else. If you don't like the music, then don't download. So that I know who is downloading, i'm going to lock my entries. For those who comment anonymous, please sign up for a lj.
To be added you must add me first and leave a comment addressing the following questions:
1. How did you find out about this lj and why should you be added?
2. Mention the word "symfony" somewhere in your comment (this is so I know you read this post).
Can you translate mandarin, cantonese, japanese, or korean? Do you have some extra time and wouldn't mind translating songs? Deadsymfonyx is in need of translators to add to the lyrics krew! Email me, if you'll like to contribute song translations.
