Dear God(s)
Today was a rough day. It started out quite smoothly, Slacked a little bit, shot the shit with Nick and Joked around with Cruz, he is one funny mofo. No unfortunately there were some very sour moments that made today distasteful. Kristina who is supposed to be someone that associates can rely on for help completely stabbed me in the back today. I set her up with floor walking in which she did pretty much nothing all day, but not only did she do jack shit, but she discarded an order that she offered to help me with. I was try to help one of my associates out with an order that she couldn't process. I couldn't figure out what to do with it, so Kristina said to give it to her. Later in the day that customer who placed the order called again wondering where the installers were. I asked Kristina what happened and she acted completely clueless and said that she didn't know where it was and don't remember saying to give it to her and then threw in that I should have handled it to begin with. Why would she do that to me? Why? How cruel and careless can she be. It was just wrong. So I had to deal with the customer and let her tear me and the company a new one and listen to her paranoia for pretty much the last hour of the day. I had to tell her that we couldn't hook her up with a water heater till Wednesday . So yeah she may think that she dodged some work but she'll have to deal with me tomorrow.
