So yeah Metrocon was fucking awesome. I got to hang out with Lyndsi and Angie all weekend. I also ran in to Linzy and Starr which was uber awesome. I havent seen them in forever, I was soooooo happy to see them. Im also glad because Lyndsi liked them. So yeah I got to meet the original Black Power Ranger Johnny Bosch, he also does the dubbed voices for Vash from Trigun and Kaneda of Akira. He rocks. he has a band called Eyeshine they're pretty good. Just gotta work on coordination with themselves and cooperation with audio techs but other than that they are cool guys in a cool band. It's kinda weird though he doesnt look a day older from when he was in the power rangers show and he's like 30 yrs old now. WEIRD! So yeah I got a kick ass hellsing shirt, some kick ass FFVII Advent Children posters. It was pretty cool, I've always been pretty biased against cosplay but i've lightened up a little bit I guess. I kinda want Clouds outfit from the Advent Children movie. Like alot. All the ones they had for sale though were low quality and way to small. They had a kick ass Live Chess Match which i fucking loved. At the end one of Lyndsi's favorite characters threw a rose into the crowd and I caught it and gave it to Lyndsi, she loves it. Which makes me smile. She wouldnt stop talking about it. Lol oh and she wouldnt stop talking about Johnny either, she has an unhealty obsession with that man, but then again i have an unhealthy obsession with Incubus. She was all star struck when he put his arm around her for a picture. Blah, it made me laugh she's so cute and silly. Blah, she kinda pissed me off though when we were getting food. She said that I was just like her mom which really sucked ass because her mom is a psycho. She didnt even apologize. I was just trying to help her out cuz the douche bags didnt bring her, her food. I apologized for doing that, because she doesnt like being demanding I guess and respected that. But even though I apologized she didnt apologize for saying i was just like her crazy ass inconsiderate mom. *shrugs* I'll survive. Other than that the entire weekend was fucking awesome and worth every penny. We got a Ice Cream cake and had METROCON written on it which was cool. Got drunk (well i got drunk) and we went swimming which was great because it's been forever since i've gone swimming. OMFG, i still can't believe what I told both Angie and Lyndsi while I was drunk. I forgot about it and I just remembered everything I told them. Blah, oh well nothing I can do about it now. Anyways, Sunday was pretty cool, we picked up Lyndi's brother and sister and took them to metrocon and hung out with them all day it was pretty cool, we came back to my place played some games with the kiddos I baked them some cookies and then we split and that was our weekend. I splendiverous and fantabulous!
