Disprove

I only believe in things I believe have a method to be disproven.

The fact human beings are comfortable with accepting something as true or known without having a strong concept of how to falsify it is one the absolute worst traits of the species.

The only reason science has been successful at all as a tool or philosophy is because of its disregard for all knowledge that cannot be falsified. Knowledge cannot be labeled as "scientific" without a clear path to disproving it.

This is one of the primary distinction between the skeptical and non-skeptical mind. The non-skeptical mind struggles to make the distinction between disprovable and undisprovable thought and the skeptical mind struggles not to.

People ask me why i'm an atheist and not an agnostic. Because if I'm asked if I believe in something that I don't believe can be disproven, my answer is not,"I'm not sure." My answer is,"No."
