I find it interesting....
that as i'm signing in to LJ, and was going to write about how all the emo kids on LJ must be ripping their hearts out, and whatnot, because of the valentine's day decorated pages...I hop onto my friends page, as I always do. One of my friends posted one question, and one only. "has anyone on lj tried to kill themselves?"
My first thought was, I bet tons of people have.
My second thought was, I wonder if this is spurred by this decor, or even the "holiday" in itself.
My third question, which was left by in a comment by one of their friends was, do you mean on all of lj, or just us who read yours?
I thought he meant everyone, but then, possibly he was just asking us. So I answered him.
It was never about dying, so it wasn't attempted suicide. But people thought it was.
So, I started out wanting to be sassy about dumb emo kids and dumb commercial holidays, and ended up in more serious state of serious contemplation about other human beings. Yeah. He has a way of doing that. Bringing me down I mean.
I haven't slept well at all the past two nights. Thrashing around, vivid dreams, uncontrolable fear, etc. Not fun. I'm going to go and try to remedy that.
