WEEE!
Wow again i've not been here in forever...but that's okay! Everything is going swimmingly for me! Corey and I had our six month Anniversary last friday and it was grand! He took me out to the restaurant where we had our first date...heehee Our first date was a double date with His dad and his dad's girlfriend Rachel! I love Mory and Rachel they are so cute and heehee absolutely spoil me...HAH!
So then on Saturday I go to Corey's grandparent's house to attend an Iranian New Year Party (Which they celebrate on the first day of spring or around that time depending on whether or not that day falls on a weekend). What I didn't realize is that the younger people get money from the older people. Corey begins telling me this as we are driving over there and i'm like "SWEET! I wish we did that!" And so we get there and im kinda like 'bleh' cause im in a dress and well me and dresses don't get along too well...Im so used to wearing pants or shorts under my skirt that i have almost forgotten how to be 'lady-like' KEYWORD: ALMOST! I was lady like, with a ton of memory effort, and kept my tail-gate from showing. ^_^ then the like 'sharing' begins...and it seems that Corey's family doesn't discern me as not being part of the family cause i made $47.00...I was like O.O! I also got a really nice coffee 'to-go' cup. Then Corey's aunt showed me how to dance and we dance the rest of the night.
Then Sunday I had to rush home from church and pack my things for the Biltmore trip! IT WAS AMAZING!!! OMG!!! That house is freakin huge! While we were walking through we get to Mrs. Vanderbilt's room and Mrs. Hood says, "It's a Kimi room!" Heehee cause it was all done in purple and gold and really elaborate and i was just absolutely fascinated! And the Library...::Faint:: Was breath-taking...Did you know that they filmed part of Hannible in the room?!? OMG...for those of you who are curious it's the scene where Hannible Lector is composing his letter to Clarice about her shooting...I about died...I didn't want to leave! Then when we were walking to the bowling alley (Yes there is a bowling alley inside the Biltmore) there was a picture of "David" by Michaelangelo and i was like "OMG! It's David!" and the tour guide stopped talking and said "YES! YES IT IS! My goodness im so glad someone recognized it! Most people just point and gasp at what it is [picture of naked statue]" She looks at Mrs. Hood, "Can I keep her?" I Was sooooooo excited! We got to have the 'behind-the-scenes' tour where we got to see the servant's quarters and such as well...then we ate lunch and came back here! ^_^
